Trainer and Individual Coach since 1998, she matured great international experience, collaborating with and supporting organisation in their phases of change, development and reaching of strategic objectives.
Expert in the most innovative training methods, amongst which the Instrumental Enrichment programme of Dr. Feuerstein for developing cognitive skills, she designed and leads training and development courses for important international organisations.
Silvia Buccella
Training Manager
Graduated in Work and Organization Psychology in 2003, Silvia is a senior consultant expert in HR topics in end-to-end processes. Trainer and Training Designer, Assessor, Recruiter and Coach, she also has developed Talent Management capabilities in national and international contexts.
In 2006 she has obtained the DISC Personal Profile certification and in 2007 she has enrolled at the Lazio Psychologists' Register.
Responsible for the projects designing and for their the carrying out, she assists and supports the client in identifying needs and creating tailor-made paths. Strongly oriented to results and interpersonal relationships, she easily fit to new contexts; the “respect” is her main value.

Giulia Iovenitti
Training Project Manager
With a degree in History of Contemporary Art and a Masters in Events Organization, since 2011 Giulia has dealt with managerial training, with a specialization in E-learning.
In particular, she deals with the coordination and management of the entire process concerning the provision of training activities: planning, organization, logistics, administration, communication. Rationality, pragmatism and seriousness are the aspects of her character thanks to which she has been able to develop excellent organizational skills.
Work experience in different companies has enabled her to improve her flexibility, adaptability and her ability to work in teams.

Sara Del Paggio
Training & Logistics Specialist
With a degree in Political Science and 10 years of experience in the operational management and coordination of training courses. Her role includes designing customized training solutions for companies, as well as overseeing organization, planning and logistical and administrative aspects.
Her natural familiarity with IT technologies enables her to effectively utilize digital platforms and tools to support remote training delivery.
Precision, method and attention to detail define her approach to work, which is based on collaboration and quality.
